Here’s a quick glimpse at how futures are playing out:
Trump offered up a late scare yesterday here and tech shares were the ones hurt when Wall Street called it a day. Financials were the standout with the Dow ending the day higher, with the Russell 2000 even closing up over 1%. But as we look to the session ahead, it’s gains all around in the equities space as investors brush aside US-China trade tensions again.
It’s another sign that dip buyers are not throwing in the towel just yet this week.

There were some murmurs that he perhaps had that information. But based on his remarks, he didn’t offer any explicit confirmation about that. And even reading between the lines, he didn’t really give anything away I would say.
